The Titanium Hybrid comes with standard 19-inch rims. Under the hood, it has got a 2.5 Atkinson Hybrid motor that gives an impressive 200 horsepower and more impressive 48 miles per gallon.
Performance
The 2.5L I-4 Atkinson-cycle powertrain features an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission (eCVT) and an 88 kW electric motor. Standard on all Escape Hybrid models. Designed to help save fuel, available All-Wheel Drive (AWD) Disconnect lets you disconnect the rear driveline when the system detects AWD is not needed. This allows only the front wheels to propel the vehicle, therefore reducing drag and the overall energy demands of the drivetrain.
